Blazing a trail starts with embracing a growth mindset. It is having the fire of grit that you will grow stronger with every adversity in life. This mindset encouraged me to excel beyond academics. As a UA&P Stellar Scholar alumna, I keep in mind that it is not pure intelligence that will lead us to success, but more importantly, it is the strength of character and having a good heart for others. Even in college, I’ve started to hone my leadership skills and business acumen both within and beyond the university walls. Through this, I was able to meet people from different walks of life, build connections, and learn from their experiences. At the end of the day, I want to be remembered as the UA&P Stellar Scholar alumna who was able to make a difference to our Fellow Filipinos. Today, I am proud to be working as Consumer Marketing Manager in Nestle, a company that does good while doing business well.
