“The world is your oyster”. To be a UA&P scholar opens doors and windows of opportunity to a bigger, brighter world. Coming from the humble town of Isabela, Negros Occidental, I had, still have, big dreams. I worked hard to get good grades in high school and brought with me the same determination to obtain a scholarship with UA&P. I am immensely grateful for this valuable scholarship that has significantly helped me and my family. While I can be grade-conscious at times, I gained a more holistic education with the opportunities to explore, experience, and share through community work and academic exchange programs. I would not be where I am today without the very generous gift from the university. Truly a key to an amazing journey!
